Enjoy a refreshing, tropical treat with this 2-Ingredient Pineapple Sorbet, also known as Healthy Dole Whip. Made with fresh pineapple and lime juice, this easy, dairy-free sorbet is naturally sweet, light, and perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

Ingredients

4 ½ cups fresh, ripe pineapple, cubed (1 large pineapple)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  • Cut the fresh pineapple into cubes, removing the core and peel.

  • Combine the pineapple cubes and lime juice in a blender or food processor.

  • Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor if needed.

  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

  • Once frozen, scoop out the sorbet with a spoon or ice cream scoop and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, you can use frozen pineapple instead of fresh.

Add fresh mint leaves or a splash of coconut extract for an extra flavor twist.

Substitute the lime juice with lemon juice for a different citrus flavor.
