Crispy, naturally sweet apple slices with a hint of cinnamon, made quickly in the air fryer for a healthy and satisfying snack.

Ingredients

12 apples (air fry one at a time)

Coconut oil spray

Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apple(s). Slice thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, using a mandoline slicer or sharp knife.
  2. Lightly spray both sides of each slice with coconut oil spray.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the slices.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  6. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, flipping slices halfway through, until edges curl and they feel crisp.
  7. Remove and let cool completely to allow further crisping.
  8. Repeat process with any remaining slices.

Notes

For a spicier twist, add a pinch of cayenne with cinnamon.

Brush with maple syrup before cooking for extra sweetness.

Skip oil spray for a lighter, no-oil version.

Let chips cool fully before storing to maintain crispness.
