A festive and refreshing autumn punch made with spiced apple cider, cranberry, orange, pomegranate, and pineapple juices, finished with a fizzy splash of soda and garnished with cranberries and orange slices.

Ingredients

3 cinnamon sticks

5 allspice berries

3 whole cloves

3 cups apple cider

2 cups cranberry juice

2 cups orange juice

1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

2 cups lemon-lime soda

1 orange, sliced (for garnish)

1 cup fresh cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Simmer cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, and cloves in apple cider for 10 minutes to infuse.
  2. Strain out spices and let spiced cider cool slightly.
  3. In a large punch bowl, combine spiced cider with cranberry, orange, pomegranate, and pineapple juices.
  4. Just before serving, stir in lemon-lime soda.
  5. Garnish with orange slices and cranberries. Serve chilled or warm.

Notes

Prepare juices and cider base a day ahead; add soda before serving.

For a warm version, skip the soda and gently heat before serving.

Add spiced rum, bourbon, or prosecco for an adult twist.

Swap lemon-lime soda for sparkling water or ginger beer for a different flavor.

Use unsweetened juices for a less sweet punch.
