1 large ripe avocado
1 cup buttermilk (more to reach the desired consistency)
¼ cup cilantro
¼ cup parsley
1 tablespoon fresh dill
Juice of 1 lime
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
Add the buttermilk, cilantro, parsley, fresh dill, lime juice, garlic, onion powder, chili powder, and salt.
