Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea is a fruity and refreshing beverage featuring chilled black tea combined with a homemade peach raspberry syrup. Ingredients

Peach Raspberry Syrup:

½ cup peaches, sliced

½ cup raspberries

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup water

Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea:

1 cup black tea, chilled

2 to 4 tablespoons peach raspberry syrup

Handful of ice

Instructions

To Make the Peach Raspberry Syrup:

  1. Combine peaches, raspberries, sugar, and water in a small saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until fruit softens and syrup thickens slightly.

  4. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh sieve; let cool.

To Make the Iced Tea:

  1. Brew 1 cup black tea and chill in the refrigerator.

  2. Fill a glass with ice.

  3. Pour chilled tea into the glass and add 2-4 tablespoons syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste.

  4. Stir gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Use green or white tea instead of black for a lighter flavor.

Garnish with fresh peach or raspberry slices.

Swap still tea with sparkling water for a fizzy variation.
