Ingredients

9 large eggs

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup cheddar cheese, divided

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 head broccoli, chopped

1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with silicone liners.
