Buffalo Chicken Pizza combines spicy buffalo sauce-coated chicken with creamy cheeses and fresh chives on a crispy crust. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s perfect for game day or casual dinners with bold, tangy flavor.

Ingredients

¼ cup Frank’s RedHot hot sauce

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon white vinegar

½ teaspoon onion powder

1½ cups shredded cooked chicken

¼ cup cornmeal

1 premade pizza dough (1415 ounces)

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup crumbled bleu cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons fresh minced chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Heat pizza stone or baking sheet in oven.

  2. Mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, and onion powder; toss chicken in sauce.

  3. Sprinkle cornmeal on pizza peel or baking sheet; roll out dough on it.

  4. Brush dough with olive oil.

  5. Spread buffalo chicken evenly on dough.

  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and bleu cheese over chicken.

  7. Bake 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbly.

  8. Remove, drizzle ranch dressing on top.

  9. Garnish with minced chives, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for flavor
