2 Granny Smith apples

2 Honeycrisp apples

2 tbsp salted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp corn syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1 granola bar, chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.

  4. Stir in vanilla extract, then allow caramel to cool slightly.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Arrange apple slices on a platter, alternating colors for visual appeal.
  7. Drizzle with homemade caramel and melted white chocolate.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped granola bar and crushed pretzels. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best served fresh to maintain crispness of apples and toppings.

You can use store-bought caramel as a shortcut.

Keep extra caramel in an airtight container in the fridge for several weeks.

For variety, add toppings like nuts, candy, or cinnamon.
