Mini Totchos Sliders are crispy tater tots topped with seasoned ground beef, melted American cheese, and classic burger condiments like ketchup, mustard, and gherkins. These bite-sized sliders deliver all the flavors of a cheeseburger in a fun, finger-food form—perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking.

Ingredients

32 frozen coin-shaped tater tots

2 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil

½ pound 85% lean ground beef

Kosher salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 slices American cheese

Ketchup, for topping

Mustard, for topping

16 gherkins (small pickles)

Instructions

  1. Cook tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crispy; set aside.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil and brown ground beef. Season with salt and pepper; cook until fully browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  3. Cut cheese slices in half to create 8 pieces. Layer one piece over half of the cooked beef to melt slightly.

  4. Assemble sliders by placing one tater tot on a tray, topping with a spoonful of beef and melted cheese, a dollop of ketchup and mustard, and half a gherkin.

  5. Repeat for all sliders and serve warm.

Notes
