1 ½ pounds ground beef
2 cups cooked white rice
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through; drain excess fat.
