These Chicken Verde Wonton Tacos are a crispy, flavorful twist on traditional tacos. Filled with shredded chicken, tangy salsa verde, and a blend of spices, these bite-sized tacos are topped with melted cheese, fresh green onions, and optional avocado. 4 ounces cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup salsa verde
1 tablespoon light sour cream
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1/4 cup reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
8 wonton wrappers
(Optional) 2 tablespoons diced avocados and cilantro for topping
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chicken Filling: In a small bowl, mix together shredded chicken, salsa verde, sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and green onions. Stir until the chicken is well-coated.
