1 lb (450g) broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, minced
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Prepare the Beef: Slice the beef and marinate with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon peanut oil, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
