These no-bake Chocolate Cherry Granola Cups combine the richness of dark and white chocolate with chewy dried cherries and crunchy granola. A quick, easy, and customizable treat perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

 

Ingredients

1 cup dark chocolate wafers or chocolate chips (Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers recommended)

1 cup white chocolate wafers or white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli white chocolate melting wafers recommended)

¾1 cup granola (any kind)

½ cup dried cherries

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between, until smooth.

  • Spoon the melted dark chocolate into silicone muffin cups or a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Spread the chocolate up the sides to form a cup.

  • Repeat the process with the white chocolate wafers, spooning it into the cups over the dark chocolate, allowing the two chocolates to blend slightly.

  • Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle granola into each cup, gently pressing it down into the chocolate.

  • Add dried cherries on top of the granola in each cup.

  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or in the fridge for up to a week.

Freezing: These cups freeze well! Freeze for about 1 hour, then transfer to an airtight container for up to 2 months.

Customizations: Swap in milk chocolate, raisins, or add chopped nuts or seeds for variation.
