Chocolate Peanut Treats are a no-bake, easy-to-make dessert that combines the creamy richness of peanut butter, the crunch of graham crackers, and a smooth layer of semisweet chocolate. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth, these treats are quick, indulgent, and loved by all!

Ingredients

¾ cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup butter (melted)

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

½ cup chunky peanut butter

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

  • Make the peanut butter layer: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, confectioners’ sugar, and chunky peanut butter. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

  • Press the mixture into the pan: Press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly and pressing it down firmly with the back of a spoon.

  • Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

  • Top with chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread it evenly with a spatula.

  • Chill and set: Refrigerate the pan for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate has set and the treats are firm.

  • Cut into squares: Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Nut Butter: Substitute chunky peanut butter with smooth peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter for a different flavor.

Chocolate: Try using milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate chips for different flavors.

Add-ins: Add chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, or a sprinkle of sea salt on top for added texture and flavor.
