Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread is a festive, gooey, and indulgent treat made with a crusty sourdough loaf stuffed with creamy Brie, tart dried cranberries, and buttery pecans. Perfect for holidays, parties, or cozy gatherings, this bread is fun to pull apart and share.

Ingredients

1 round loaf sourdough bread

4 tablespoons butter

2/3 cup raw pecans, chopped

3 tablespoons brown sugar

1 (16-ounce) wheel of Brie, cubed

1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the sourdough loaf into a grid pattern: vertical cuts about 1 inch apart, then horizontal cuts, not cutting all the way through the bottom.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, chopped pecans, and brown sugar.
  4. Stuff the grid sections with Brie cubes and dried cranberries. Drizzle the butter-pecan mixture over the top.
  5. Wrap the loaf loosely in foil and bake 15–20 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Unwrap and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm, pulling apart pieces of gooey, cheesy goodness.

Notes

Substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds for different crunch.

Add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for a savory twist.

Swap dried cranberries with dried cherries or figs.

Use a cheddar or gouda cheese blend instead of Brie for stronger flavor.
