Ingredients

80 large pecans

3 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup finely chopped pimiento-stuffed Spanish olives

¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  2. Spread a small spoonful of filling onto one pecan half.
  3. Top with another pecan half, pressing gently to form a sandwich.
  4. Repeat with remaining pecans and filling.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Add cayenne or smoked paprika for a spicy kick.

Use flavored cream cheese like garlic and herb for variation.
