Ingredients

1 cup cauliflower rice

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons cream cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheese

2 garlic cloves (minced)

Instructions

  • Cook the cauliflower rice: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower rice and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened and lightly browned.
