These crispy keto cinnamon cream cheese roll-ups are a low-carb delight featuring a creamy, spiced filling wrapped in a golden almond and coconut flour dough. They’re quick, satisfying, and perfect for a keto-friendly breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp erythritol or preferred sweetener

1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and half the cinnamon and sweetener.
  3. Add softened cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until a smooth dough forms. Chill for 10 minutes if too sticky.
  4. Roll dough between two sheets of parchment paper into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sweetener evenly over the dough, then roll up tightly into a log.
  6. Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter for extra crispness.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly firm.
  9. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with coffee or tea.

Notes

Add a sugar-free cream cheese frosting for a classic cinnamon roll finish.

Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for added crunch.

Mix in a pinch of nutmeg or clove for deeper spice.
