23 slices of soft bread (depending on size and thickness)

1 egg

3 tablespoons Greek yogurt

Toppings:

Handful of fresh raspberries

10g dark chocolate chips

Optional: Garnish with a drizzle of maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the egg, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup (or honey) until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into the yogurt custard mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

Notes

For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts like almonds or walnuts.

Swap fresh raspberries for other fruits like strawberries, blueberries, or banana slices.

For a vegan version, use a flax egg and dairy-free yogurt.
