This Easy Keto Guacamole Dip with Sour Cream is a creamy, low-carb, and flavorful snack perfect for anyone following a keto diet. With ripe avocados, sour cream, fresh lime juice, and juicy cherry tomatoes, this guacamole is quick to make and pairs perfectly with veggies, keto crackers, or just a spoonful on its own!

Ingredients

2 avocados

1/2 lime (juice)

1/4 cup sour cream

2 cherry tomatoes

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the avocados: Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

  • Mash the avocados: Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency, whether smooth or chunky.

  • Add sour cream and lime juice: Add 1/4 cup sour cream and the juice of 1/2 lime to the mashed avocados. Mix well to combine.

  • Chop the tomatoes: Dice the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and fold them into the guacamole mixture.
