Ingredients

1/4 cup boiling water

1 package (3 ounces) lime gelatin

2 cartons (6 ounces each) Key lime yogurt

1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.

  • Allow the gelatin mixture to cool for about 10 minutes, then whisk in the Key lime yogurt until fully incorporated.
