Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: If you’re using frozen berries, defrost them by letting them sit at room temperature for a few minutes or in the microwave for a few seconds. If you’re using fresh berries, simply rinse and pat them dry.

  • Layer the Parfaits: In your choice of cups or bowls, start by adding a layer of organic vanilla yogurt to the bottom.

  • Add the Berries: Next, add a layer of fresh or defrosted berries on top of the yogurt. You can use any combination of berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
