A creamy white chocolate fudge infused with tart green apple flavor and decorated with a dramatic red ‘poison’ swirl. A fun and spooky treat perfect for Halloween or themed parties.

Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp apple flavoring (or green apple candy oil)

Green gel food coloring (leaf green or neon green)

Optional: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips or semi-sweet chocolate

1 tbsp unsalted butter

Red gel food coloring (add a drop of black to deepen if needed)

Optional: A tiny bit of corn syrup (for shine)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in apple flavoring, a few drops of green gel food coloring, and vanilla extract if using.
  4. Pour the green fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. In another bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with butter until smooth. Stir in red gel food coloring and optional corn syrup.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the red mixture over the green fudge and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
  7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  8. Lift fudge out with parchment, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Gel food coloring works best for vibrant colors without thinning the mixture.

Do not overmix the swirl for a marbled effect.

Flavor can be swapped with cherry, raspberry, or lime for variations.

Store refrigerated for best texture.

Freezes well for up to 2 months.
