Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

2 medium zucchinis, diced

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook ground turkey until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.

  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent and fragrant.
