Guava White Tea Lemonade is a refreshing tropical mocktail that blends delicate white tea with sweet guava juice and bright lemon juice. Lightly sweetened with honey and served over ice, this drink offers a perfectly balanced combination of fruity, floral, and citrus flavors. Easy to make and naturally hydrating, it’s ideal for warm weather or anytime you crave a flavorful, healthy beverage.
½ cup hot water
1 teaspoon honey (optional, plus more to taste)
1 bag white tea
½ cup ice cubes (plus additional for serving)
1 cup guava juice
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (about ¼ to ½ lemon, plus more to taste)
Steep the white tea bag in ½ cup hot water for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag.
Stir in honey while tea is warm, adjusting sweetness to taste.
Add ½ cup ice cubes to chill the tea quickly.
In a serving glass, combine chilled tea, guava juice, and lemon juice. Stir well.
Add additional ice cubes as desired.
Taste and adjust lemon juice or honey if needed. Serve immediately.
Substitute honey with agave syrup or maple syrup.
Use mango or pineapple juice instead of guava juice for different tropical notes.
Add fresh mint leaves for a herbal touch.
For a sparkling version, add soda water before serving.
Store leftover tea and juice separately in the fridge up to 24 hours.
