1 box angel food cake mix (or 1 prepared angel food cake)
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1½ cups milk
1 cup sour cream
Prepare the Cake:
If using a cake mix, prepare and bake the angel food cake according to package instructions. Let it cool completely.
If using a pre-made angel food cake, skip to the next step.
Make the Filling:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
Fold in the sour cream until smooth and fully combined.
Assemble the Cake:
Cut or tear the cooled angel food cake into bite-sized pieces.
