Light and creamy cheesecake bites packed with protein from cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and protein powder, combined with the sweet flavor of strawberries and a graham cracker crust perfect for a healthy snack or guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tbsp melted butter

1 cup cottage cheese

1/3 cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup

1 egg

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 scoop PEScience Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder

3/4 cup frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin or small baking dish with nonstick spray or line with paper liners.
  3. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of muffin cups to form crusts.
  4. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, sugar-free maple syrup, egg, baking powder, and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently fold in frozen strawberries, leaving small chunks for texture.
  6. Divide mixture evenly over the prepared crusts.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until centers are set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Swap frozen strawberries for fresh or mixed berries if desired.

Use gluten-free graham crumbs for a gluten-free version.

Chill longer for a firmer texture.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
