A quick and fun twist on the classic Big Mac, these homemade snack wraps feature seasoned beef, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and Big Mac sauce all wrapped in a warm tortilla for an easy handheld meal.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/3 cup Big Mac sauce (store-bought or homemade)

6 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6–7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread a spoonful of Big Mac sauce down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, cheese, and diced pickles.
  6. Drizzle with a little extra sauce if desired.
  7. Fold the tortilla over the filling and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.

Opt for low-carb tortillas for a lighter wrap.

Add tomatoes or onions for extra crunch.

Use pepper jack cheese for a spicier version.

Assemble wraps just before serving to avoid soggy tortillas.
