2 tbsp brown sugar
1 and 1/2 cups warm water
4 and 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
6 cups water
2 tbsp baking soda
1 egg
Coarse salt (for topping)
Everything but the bagel seasoning (for topping)
