Ingredients

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup honey

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups pretzels, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk Dijon mustard and honey together in a small bowl to make the coating.
  3. Crush pretzels into fine crumbs and place in a shallow dish.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the honey mustard mixture, coating well.
  5. Press the chicken into the crushed pretzels, ensuring an even coating.
  6. Place coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden brown.
