  1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add the sugar. Stir occasionally to melt evenly, ensuring it doesn’t burn.
  2. Once the sugar is fully melted and golden brown, add the baking soda. Stir quickly as the mixture bubbles up.
  3. Pour the candy mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or silicone mat. Use a flat spatula to flatten and shape the candy into your desired form.
  4. Let the candy cool and harden for about 5 minutes. Once set, break into pieces or leave it whole.

Notes
