These Irresistible Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are buttery, cheesy, and stuffed with juicy seasoned beef wrapped in soft biscuit dough. Brushed with garlic-parmesan butter, they’re the ultimate bite-sized comfort food for parties, snacks, or family dinners.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

4 garlic cloves, crushed

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add crushed garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for another minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Stir shredded mozzarella or cheddar into the cooled beef mixture.
  5. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Pinch edges together to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter and grated parmesan, then brush over each biscuit ball.
  8. Bake 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Cool slightly, then sprinkle extra parmesan and Italian seasoning on top before serving.

Notes

Ensure biscuit seams are sealed well to prevent leaking.

Try mixing mozzarella and cheddar for the perfect melt and flavor balance.

Brush with garlic butter mixed with parsley for an herby finish.

Add jalapeños, or caramelized onions for extra flavor.

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes for a crispier result.
