Ingredients

6 cups lettuce, chopped

1 cup tomato, diced

1 cup artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped

½ cup olives (black or green, or a mix)

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup pepperoncini, sliced

Instructions
