This Keto Chocolate Mousse is a rich, decadent dessert that satisfies your chocolate cravings while keeping carbs low. Made with sugar-free dark chocolate, mascarpone cheese, and heavy cream, this mousse is creamy, indulgent, and guilt-free! A perfect treat for those on a keto or low-carb lifestyle, it’s easy to make and customizable to suit your taste.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Sugar-free dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup Heavy cream

1/4 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (or more to taste)

1/2 cup Mascarpone cheese (room temperature)

Sugar-free whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt sugar-free dark chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted. Let it cool slightly.

  • Whisk the cream: In a separate bowl, whisk the remaining heavy cream and Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend until soft peaks form (about 3–4 minutes using a hand mixer).

  • Combine with mascarpone: In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add the melted chocolate to the mascarpone and stir until well combined.

  • Fold in the whipped cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate-mascarpone mixture, being careful not to deflate the mousse. Stir until the mousse is smooth and fluffy.

  • Chill: Spoon the mousse into individual bowls or glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.

  • Serve: Top with sugar-free whipped cream and extra chocolate shavings, if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Dairy-Free: Use coconut cream and dairy-free mascarpone for a dairy-free version of the mousse.
