A creamy, frothy keto matcha latte made with almond milk, cream or coconut cream, and lightly sweetened for a low-carb, energizing drink. Packed with antioxidants and gentle caffeine, it’s a perfect café-style beverage at home.

Ingredients

1 tsp matcha powder

3 tbsp lukewarm water

23 tsp granulated sweetener or 12 drops liquid stevia

1/3 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut cream

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha powder with lukewarm water until smooth and lump-free.
  2. Heat almond milk and heavy cream (or coconut cream) in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Whisk in sweetener until dissolved.
  4. Pour hot milk mixture into a blender with prepared matcha and blend until frothy.
  5. Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra flavor.

Use more cream and less almond milk for a richer, decadent version.

Pour over ice for an iced matcha latte.

Best enjoyed fresh for maximum frothiness.
