This Keto Peanut Butter Mousse is rich, creamy, and full of peanut butter flavor. It’s a quick and easy low-carb dessert that feels indulgent while staying sugar-free.

Ingredients

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsweetened creamy peanut butter

⅓ cup powdered sugar-free sweetener

½ cup heavy cream

2 sugar-free peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter together in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sweetener and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until blended.
  5. Spoon mousse into serving dishes and top with chopped sugar-free peanut butter cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to set.

Notes

Best served chilled after setting in the refrigerator.

For a chocolate twist, add unsweetened cocoa powder or drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup.

Use crunchy peanut butter if you prefer added texture.

Can be made dairy-free with coconut cream and dairy-free cream cheese.

Not recommended for freezing as texture may become grainy.
