These Keto Snickers Bars are a sugar-free, low-carb version of the classic candy bar, with layers of chewy nougat, rich caramel, crunchy peanuts, and a smooth chocolate coating.

Ingredients

2 tbsp unsalted butter

¼ cup granulated allulose sweetener

¼ cup creamy peanut butter

¾ cup blanched almond flour

2 scoops unflavored collagen peptides powder (optional)

½ cup dry roasted salted peanuts

5 tbsp salted butter

¾ cup granulated allulose sweetener

½ cup heavy cream

1 ½ cups sugar-free chocolate chips

2 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. For the nougat: melt butter and sweetener in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in peanut butter, then mix in almond flour and collagen until dough forms.
  3. Press nougat mixture into prepared dish and sprinkle peanuts on top, pressing them gently in.
  4. For the caramel: melt butter and sweetener in a saucepan until golden. Slowly whisk in cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Pour caramel over nougat and peanuts, spreading evenly. Chill at least 1 hour until firm.
  6. For the coating: melt chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
  7. Cut chilled mixture into bars and dip each into melted chocolate, coating fully.
  8. Place coated bars on parchment paper and let set before serving.

Notes

Allulose works best for caramel since it doesn’t crystallize.

Collagen powder is optional but adds structure.

Sprinkle sea salt on chocolate for a salted caramel twist.

Bars freeze well for up to 2 months.

Do not store at room temperature; keep refrigerated.
