Key Lime Pie Dip is a creamy, tangy, no-bake dessert that captures the refreshing flavors of classic key lime pie in dip form. It’s perfect for serving with graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit at parties or family gatherings.

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

10 ounces sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (Key lime if possible)

1/2 tablespoon fresh lime zest (plus more for garnish)

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

2 tablespoons toasted shredded coconut (for topping)

Graham crackers, vanilla wafer cookies, and/or fresh fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, top with toasted coconut and extra lime zest, then chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

Swap lime juice for lemon juice to make a lemon pie dip.

Use reduced-fat cream cheese and light whipped topping for a lighter version.

For a tropical twist, fold shredded coconut into the dip.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Do not freeze, as the texture will change once thawed.

Can be made dairy-free using dairy-free cream cheese, coconut condensed milk, and coconut whipped cream.
