Ingredients

23 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional, for flavor)

Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled lassi)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mango into small pieces. If using mango pulp, measure 1 cup.
