Creamy overnight oats infused with maple syrup and walnuts for a hearty, naturally sweet, and nutrient-rich breakfast ready straight from the fridge.

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

12 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped or blended

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), chia seeds (if using), maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir well until fully mixed.
  3. Blend or chop walnuts and add them into the mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6–8 hours or overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir, then top with additional walnuts or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired. Enjoy cold or warmed in the microwave.

Notes

Toast oats or walnuts before mixing for extra flavor.
