Marshmallow Coffee is a cozy, sweet, and indulgent beverage that elevates your morning coffee into a dessert-like treat with melty marshmallows, creamy half-and-half, and optional cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

8 ounces coffee

12 marshmallows

Half-and-half, to taste

Cinnamon sugar mixture for topping (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew 8 ounces of your favorite coffee.
  2. Pour coffee into a mug and add half-and-half to taste.
  3. Drop in 1–2 marshmallows and stir until they begin to melt.
  4. Add vanilla extract if using, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on top.
  5. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.
