Ingredients

¼ cup butter

4 cups miniature marshmallows

5 cups crispy rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture gently but firmly into the prepared baking dish using a buttered spatula or wax paper.
  6. Let cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
