Ingredients

8 ounces mascarpone cheese

1 cup whipping cream

¾ teaspoon vanilla stevia drops

1 pint berries (½ blueberries, ½ strawberries recommended)

Instructions

  • Whip heavy cream with vanilla stevia drops in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form.

  • Gently fold mascarpone cheese into whipped cream until smooth and blended.

  • Refrigerate mousse at least 30 minutes to set slightly.
