Matcha Energy Balls are no-bake, nutrient-dense snacks blending the earthy flavor of matcha green tea with the natural sweetness of dates and creamy cashews. Ingredients

1 cup cashews

8 soft dates, pitted

3 tablespoons matcha green tea powder

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Pulse cashews in a food processor until finely ground.

  2. Add dates, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt; process until mixture sticks together, scraping sides as needed.
