Enjoy the refreshing taste of summer with this No-Churn Mixed Berry Sorbet. Made with frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, this easy, no-churn dessert is naturally sweetened with honey or agave and enhanced with lemon juice and vanilla, making it the perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 cups frozen raspberries

2 cups frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen blackberries

1/2 cup honey or agave

1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 teaspoon Simply OrganicĀ® Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Combine the frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries in a high-powered blender or food processor. Pulse until the fruit is broken down into smaller chunks.

  • Add honey (or agave), freshly squeezed lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the fruit mixture.

  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.

  • Transfer the sorbet mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

  • Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

  • Scoop the frozen sorbet into bowls or glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen berries for the best texture and consistency.

Feel free to substitute lemon juice with lime or orange juice for a different citrus twist.
