2 cups oatmilk
1/2 cup chia seeds
4 ripe bananas
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup, divided
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
1/2 tsp sea salt
