This easy 3-ingredient Oreo fudge combines crushed Oreo cookies with smooth vanilla almond bark and sweetened condensed milk to create a rich, creamy, and decadent treat. Perfectly portioned into squares and ready in just over an hour, this no-bake fudge is a simple and crowd-pleasing dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 18 ounces vanilla almond bark (chopped, about 3 cups)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Mix-ins and Topping

  • 24 Oreos (chopped or broken, divided; reserve about 1 cup for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides to allow easy removal of the fudge once it’s set.
  2. Chop Ingredients: Roughly chop the Oreos and the vanilla almond bark. For chunkier texture in the fudge, you can break the Oreos into larger pieces. Set aside the chopped ingredients.
  3. Melt Almond Bark with Condensed Milk: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped vanilla almond bark and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until the almond bark fully melts and the mixture becomes smooth, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Fold in Oreos: Remove the saucepan from heat and gently fold in the chopped Oreos, reserving about 1 cup for sprinkling on top. Avoid adding small cookie crumbs to keep the fudge appearance clean and uniform.
  5. Pour Mixture into Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly using an offset spatula or spatula for a smooth surface.
  6. Add Topping: Sprinkle the reserved Oreo pieces evenly over the top and press them lightly into the fudge to help them set in place.
  7. Chill to Set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1 hour until it’s completely solid, or let it set at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours if preferred.
  8. Cut and Serve: Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into squares and enjoy this rich, creamy Oreo fudge treat!

Notes

  • For chunkier fudge, break Oreos into larger pieces rather than finely chopping.
  • Use an offset spatula for an even surface when spreading the fudge mixture.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Allow fudge to come to room temperature before serving for a creamier texture if desired.
  • This fudge is easy to customize by adding nuts or different cookie varieties.
