Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1 tablespoon peanut butter or other nut butter

1/2 cup nonfat milk (or dairy-free alternative)

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add oats, cinnamon, and nut butter into a mason jar or container.
  2. Pour in milk and stir until well combined.
  3. Add blueberries on top, then drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir and enjoy cold, or microwave briefly for a warm version.

Notes

Swap nonfat milk for almond, oat, or soy milk for a dairy-free option.

Stir in Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.

Fresh blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries can replace frozen berries.

Add chia seeds or protein powder for a nutrition boost.

Top with granola or nuts before serving for crunch.
