A light, creamy, and sweet no-bake dessert featuring pumpkin puree, instant pudding, and whipped topping, spiced with pumpkin pie spice. Mini marshmallows add a pillowy texture for extra fun. Perfect for fall gatherings, potlucks, or holiday tables.

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

1 (8-ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed (like Cool Whip)

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1.5 cups mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully combined and fluffy.
  3. Fold in mini marshmallows if using.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and the mixture to set.
  5. Spoon into individual bowls or a serving dish. Optionally, garnish with pumpkin pie spice, crushed graham crackers, or a drizzle of caramel.

Notes

Add a swirl of caramel or chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.

Top with crushed gingersnap cookies or graham crackers for crunch.
