A cozy and festive fall punch made with apple cider, pumpkin puree, orange juice, warm spices, and optional spiced rum. Perfect for autumn gatherings, Halloween parties, or Thanksgiving celebrations.

Ingredients

3 cups apple cider

1 ½ cups pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

1 cup orange juice

½ cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup spiced rum (optional, for adult version)

Whipped cream, for topping

Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish

Mini pumpkin candies or cinnamon sticks (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine apple cider, pumpkin puree, orange juice, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Whisk over medium heat until smooth and sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from the stove and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. For the adult version, stir in spiced rum before serving.
  5. Ladle into mugs, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
  6. Garnish with mini pumpkin candies or cinnamon sticks if desired.

Notes

Can be made ahead and gently reheated before serving.

For a lighter version, add sparkling water before serving.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Keep warm in a slow cooker during parties.
